Dieta elvetiana: Poti pierde 5 kilograme in 2 saptamani

Mananca zilnic 200-300gr carne de vita sau peste (fiarta), 2 oua, 2 pahare lapte batut degresat, 50 gr de paine neagra ( 1 felie), legume si fructe proaspete (exclus pere si prune la o masa) si 50 gr branza de vaci.
